Terms & Conditions

– Kilometre & hours will start &finish from Travels Office Location @ Master Canteen, Bhubaneswar
A vehicle covering below 300kms in a day shall be billed as per Local Tariff. For Outstation Duty – Minimum 300 km’s charged per Day.
– If Diesel, Toll Tax, State Tax prices Increased after the time of booking, given rate is not valid, will increase rate even if rates are confirmed earlier.
– AC/heaterwill be switched off in hill area, stopped, parked vehicle. Standing Ac chargeable: -Per 30min Sedan Rs 200, SUV Rs400, Traveller Rs600, Coach Rs 999
– In case of any sudden breakdown/ unforeseen incident, the company will not be liable for any compensation or damages. Not with standing the above, the service provider/company will initiate all possible prompt & appropriate action to recover the situation there upon.
– Amendment of transfers, tour date, Pick-up time please update a day prior to schedule service. requests will be accepted only on emails; verbal communications of any kind stand invalid.
– It is highly recommended to have good relations&keep cool with your tour guide & driver,as they are bit tourism educated &come from different remote villages.Treat them with respect as it reciprocated the same way with culture.
– We would appreciate, if the guest does not lend their ears to the drivers as most of the time, they misguide the passengers. In such instances we would request them to contact our executive.
– The Company will not be responsible for any stolen luggage, compensation or damages if occurred during your journey. Nonetheless, the company will help you in every possible manner to recover from the situation& please take care of the belongings before leaving the car
The company will not be liable for any refund, compensation due to restriction of the cab/ Bus movement ordenial of entry to any area by the city administration or traffic police.
– Toll Tax, Interstate Tax & Parking charges on actual basis.
– Cancellation Policy: – If a booking is cancelled within 0 – 24 hours: 15%, within 24 – 48 hours: 10%, above 48 hours: 5% cancel charges on total billing amount.
– Loud music / over speeding not allowed in the vehicle. (RTO Rule: – Vehicle speed limit max up to 80kmph)
– Advance against conformation & settlement of bills will be just after completion of the event.
– All disputes are subject to Bhubaneswar legal jurisdiction only.
– GST (5%) Extra Applicable on Total Billing

Value Added Services – Charges For Activities

– Meet & Greet Services on chargeable basis
– Ice container&1 Bottles of cold water with towel, daily in vehicle during tour with an additional charge
– Local SIM Card (Pre-Loaded with Voice & Data) will be provided on arrival with an additional charge
– Speaker & Mike for activity purpose on wheel will be per day INR 1000/-
– Hindi, English speaking tour escort, guide, manager & Group Leaders are availableon chargeable Basis
– Special Flower Bouquet Will be arranged on request with additional charges.
– For refreshment – Snacks, Fruits & Juice will be arranged for delegates on request with additional charges.
– Surprise, return gift on departure with additional charges
